Barosse is a a lovingly restored old stone house, known as Pardina de Paternoy, a retreat that manages to be chic and rustic. It is situated in the province of Huesca in the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, only 2 kilometres away from Jaca,  the capital of the old kingdom of Aragon and nowadays a centre of cultural activities. 

This property has been transformed as an elegant bed and breakfast. The hosts, the and Gustavo make you feel like friends rather than guests. 

Hotel Barosse offers 6 characterful and comfortable rooms named after popular places, five double rooms (Pozo, Ermita, Lavadero, Herreria and Fuente) and one junior suite (Iglesia) all spacious and equipped with flat screen TV, telephone, heating, WiFi internet connection and ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms of the Barosse are nicely furnished and decorated in a modern way.
 
The Barosse offers lovely food, using fresh produce from the local farmers markets the chef prepares the freshest of ingredients for use in his imaginative and creative menus, with special emphasis on promoting local dishes and wines. The dining room has an interesting big round table for communal meals. Individual tables are located on the outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the Pyrenees mountains.

At the entrance to of the Hotel, an antique brass tap presided over by an engraved baroque sun intensifies the beauty of the terrace. The living room is a spacious welcoming room, an enticement to read, sit and chat or listen to good music.
