Can Boix de Peramola Restaurant offers its À la Carte Menu and the House Menu (Hotel guests only). Furthermore, at the Bar and on the Terrace we serve a small menu of salads, pasta, sandwiches. Can Boix de Peramola's cooking originality and balance has gained the recognition of the gastronomic savoir-faire. A cooking style full of savoury and precise details, which is creative and, at the same time, respectful towards the country's cooking tradition. The cuisine is complemented by a wide range of some 400 wines and cavas, a mineral water list and an interesting list of cigars.
Can Boix de Peramola has received several awards in culinary competitions and has been appointed on numerous occasions to represent Catalan cuisine in presentations of Catalonia, both for tourist and business promotion in Brussels, Geneva, Madrid, Zaragoza, Paris, Milan, Santiago de Chile, Miami, 1998 Lisbon World Fair, 2008 Zaragoza World Fair.
