Laukariz Country Club is a private sports and family leisure complex. It is located in a natural environment in the municipality of Mungia, near Loiu airport. Its many facilities include a 27-hole golf course; the first 18 holes were inaugurated in 1975, year the club was founded, and the remaining 9 in 2005. The course includes a practice range and putting green. Other sports facilities in the club are: tennis and paddle courts, frontón (court to play Basque ball games), outdoors and indoors swimming-pools, gym, sauna and massage parlour, roller hockey rink, handball and basketball courts, soccer pitch, indoor soccer ground, children's club, lounges, restaurants, sports shop and youth club.
